It was something that heavily depended on the wellbeing of my hometown.

So I suppose you could say what I have next to accomplish is to find a new purpose for myself.

[Excuse him are you implying that depending on the strength of your loved ones is a sign of weakness or something. There's a visible change in his demeanor, more wariness in his stance, despite him not actually moving.]

Of course he wasn't able to make it up to everyone his legacy has hurt, and with that world all gone, there's no chance of that ever happening. But there were people who still wanted him to keep living despite that, so shouldn't that mean something? If it's calling their wishes worthless, then...he can't accept that.]
There...is nothing in the world that's useless. Even if I don't know the reason why I'm awake now, what I can do...it's something that I have to find.
